While we ship to most countries in the world, there maybe some countries where shipping may be restricted due to licensing or trade agreements. Contact our office for specific information about the country you would like us to ship to.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For export shipments, we require a wire transfer of funds.

What is your Return Policy?
Return Authorization:
In order to obtain credit for returned materials, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued by the Anachemia Science Inside Sales Department. Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of RGA number.
NOTE:
Returns are subject to a restocking fee and/or disposal charge, though application of these charges will depend on the particular circumstances of the situation.
Products not acceptable for credit:
- Products which have been discontinued.
- Products which are personalized or customized.
- Products not purchased from Anachemia.
- Refrigerated products.
- Products which are outdated, shelf-worn or used and, therefore, unsuitable for return to stock and resale as new.
- Sealed reagents, diagnostics, or chemicals which have been opened.
- ‘Special Order’ items provided by Anachemia.

How is sales tax determined?
All import duties, taxes and additional charges are the responsibility of the importer.

Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
We do not charge duties or taxes for export orders. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the importer.

How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping costs vary on the size and weight of the shipment, whether the goods are dangerous for transport or not, and whether they are being shipped by ocean freight or air. We can offer assistance in determining approximate shipping costs.

My item(s) arrived damaged. How do I go about claims for refund or replacements?
Please ensure that you sign for the goods as being damaged and make a claim against the freight carrier.

What if an item is back-ordered merchandise?
Unless otherwise specified, all our export orders are shipped complete. If you would like us to make partial shipments in the event some items are back ordered, please advise at the time you place your order.

Who prepares the customs paperwork?
Anachemia Science will provide a commercial invoice and packing list for all export shipments. If there is additional paperwork required for your country, please advise and we will do whatever we can to assist in providing complete paperwork.

How are goods shipped?
We can ship goods by many different modes of transport, such as air, ocean or truck. In some cases there maybe restrictions, which will limit your choices. Once we know which items you would like shipped, we can advise on the best shipping method.
