Flux dispenser was designed to eliminate employees’ exposure to hazardous lead dust. The hopper holds 22 kg of flux. Once the hopper is filled, 4 - 7 crucibles can be filled with 80 to 175 g of flux in 8 seconds, saving both time and money.
Filling the hopper and dispensing flux is simple with “push-button operation”. Wrist strain associated with the repetitive motion of hand scooping flux is eliminated. Dispenser has its own dust collection system built into the hopper, and
above the dispensing ports that can easily be connected to any dust collection system. It works with both powder and granular litharge. Optional dispensing cycle and movement of crucible tray(s) can be fully automated. Dimensions: 1.52 x 1.10 x 2.3 m W x D x H; Weight: 318 kg.
