These laboratory modules are specially designed for mining operations that require their fire assay labs to be portable. Designed for fire assay and other common analytical techniques for analysis of ore samples and environmental testing. They have limitless potential for expansion and can meet all project requirements.
Sample entry into the preparation area of the module laboratory is through the exterior double steel doors. The crusher and pulverizer are housed within dust capture hoods that are vented into a bag house, with make up air entering through the floor grating. Each work station includes a compressed air hand gun, with independent regulators. Sample preparation area has a production capacity of 400 samples daily.
